They are waiting on the shingle
Shall we go and join the dance?

Thirty-Year-Old Folkestone Man Would Vote For A Silly Party.

I can’t stand any of them and would tell them all to F-off.

I want to see the Conservative vote split by UKIP, the Lib Dem vote split by Philpot, a Green candidate split them all so that no one gets in...

Kent County Councillors Vote Themselves An 8% Rise

Why does it come as a surprise when recently returned and elected councillors vote themselves a rise of 8%.  Where do we get the impression that they are their to fill our pockets and not their own.  ...

We Are Nearing Our First 100 Members

My Kent in one format or another has been online since 2004; we have produced several hundred articles relating to the problems and political shenanigans in Shepway and Kent.  We have asked hundreds of questions of our masters and received few responses but we do know they are listening because they have either become members of this website or following us on FaceBook and our tweets.

We do not know that we make a difference or even if our articles are accurate though we have not yet been sued, which would suggest that we are very near the point or that the individuals and organisations we write about are afraid to put us to the test to find that they have egg on their face.  Or, may be they do not want to waste their money.

We are about 15 members shy of our first 100

If you become a member you get very little in return, the occasional Newsletter, possibly a questionnaire and the ability to argue, prove us wrong or raise your own questions by commenting on the articles or adding questions to our poorly supported forum.

The magazine is supported from the pocket of the poverty struck owner so visiting the advertisers helps fund the website, you can also buy banner-advertising space for a few pence a day, list your business on our database for a few pounds a year.  If you have an event in Kent, you can list that free in our events diary.  We have several hundred visitors a week looking for boot fairs, jumble sales, book & antique fairs.

You could also make your self a small fortune by sending me several million quid from your large fortune, we will give you the website, and you can watch your fortune slowly dwindle away and end up with a small fortune, a good tax saving incentive.
